Shipping & Handling


Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped (3-5 days during sales and product launches). Orders placed late Thursday evening and Friday are typically shipped out the following Monday.

Make sure your items, preferences and delivery address are correct before placing an order. We cannot change orders once they have been placed. Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.


Although we do our best to ship all orders properly, once they leave the U.S., we have no control over any additional cost. Please be aware that customs charges may apply.


Please note that between November 25th and December 25th there will be delays in shipping. Shipments may take longer due to mail traffic. Please plan accordingly. 


Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days. All customer service emails will be answered within 24 hours. All sale items, rugs & international orders are FINAL SALE. Mae Woven cannot refund sale price if item is purchased before or after the time of our sale.
