We accept returns and exchanges if contacted within 14 days of receiving your items. If order exceeds allotted time, only shop credit will be given. All items must be returned to us in their original and unused condition with original packaging. There will be a $5 restocking fee per item returned.
Once items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. In the case of a refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be reimbursed. As well as the restocking fee.
If a product you receive is defective, please contact us within 48 hours. Defective products include holes, large misprints, and broken zippers.
TO INITIATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE: Email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject titled "Return" or "Exchange." Please include your name and order number in the email body. The order number can be found in your initial email receipt. We'll email you back within one business day with further instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: Many of our products are hand woven and hand printed. There will be small blemishes and imperfections, which we consider part of the charm. These are not considered defective.
